This is Liora in the "Ergo" brand carrier. It was designed by parents who thought other carriers used too much shoulder muscle for support. It helps redistribute the weight to the hips and is great for carrying a baby on your back. Tama loves it. I won't be posting any pictures of me carrying her in this thing, however, as I can't figure out how to get the straps on.
