Tiny Parts

I don't know why the minuture size of infant body parts is so fascinating. Perhaps it's their fragility, something our adult bodies have shed on the outside, but not the inside. Perhaps they embody all the possibilities of growing and becoming different, which theoretically we still possess, but rarely have the will to engage as adults. Or, perhaps its simply our genes compelling us to care for infants, as a matter of gene survival. Whichever it is, I have some photos on the theme.
