Liora got her first, full body bath today, ensconced by warm steam and the loving hands of her parents. We hoped it would be a soothing, relaxing experience for the newborn. However, she let us know that she did not, indeed, care for the bath, and we quickly joined her in that sentiment, amongst her cries and wails. Unfortunately, the follow-up towel drying did not ameliorate her displeasure either, as this picture shows. We are currently in negotiations over her next washing experience so we do not have a repeat of her protest.
